Thank you for choosing us to be a part of your special event. To ensure a smooth and successful catering experience, we ask that all clients review and sign our service agreement. This contract outlines important details regarding deposits, timelines, cancellation policies, and what to expect from our catering services.

1. Booking Notice
Clients must provide a minimum of three (3) weeks’ advance notice to reserve catering services. This allows us to plan, prep, and deliver the high-quality experience we’re known for.
2. Deposit & Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total estimated cost is required to secure your event date.
The remaining balance is due no later than two (2) weeks before the scheduled event.
If payment is not received by this deadline, Bautista 559 Catering reserves the right to cancel services.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within two (2) weeks of the event date will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Cancellations made more than two weeks in advance may be eligible for a partial refund, at our discretion.
4. Included Services
All catering packages include:
Prepared food and beverages as agreed upon
Disposable plates, napkins, forks, and cups
Additional services may be arranged upon request and may incur extra charges.
5. Limitations of Liability
Bautista 559 Catering is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control. These may include—but are not limited to—weather conditions, natural disasters, equipment failure, or supply shortages.
6. Agreement of Terms
By booking with Bautista 559 Catering, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service. We appreciate your trust and look forward to making your event a flavorful success!
